Are you attending an auction or about to sign a contract?
Have a solicitor review the contract before you commit.
 

We will review the contract and provide you with written feedback so that you can attend that
auction or simply sign the contract with confidence. If you decide to go ahead with the purchase,
the contract review fee is deducted from our conveyancing fee.

$150 for an existing property.
